Hi, I’m Cheryl, your eating disorder recovery coach. At Eating Disorder Freedom, I help women heal their relationship with food. If you’re ready to stop obsessing over every bite, calorie, and craving and instead feel a sense of ease around food, I’m here for you.

My 12-week 1:1 coaching program, Eating with Ease, is designed specifically for women just like you—women who are tired of the endless cycle of bingeing, restricting, and feeling out of control with food. It’s not about more rules or willpower; it’s about discovering what your disordered eating is really covering up and healing it from the inside out.

No Diagnosis? No Problem

You don’t need an official diagnosis to get started with me. Whether you’re dealing with binge eating, bulimia, orthorexia, or just a complicated relationship with food, I’m here to guide you. My approach is future-focused, helping you create long-term changes that let you live a life where food is no longer the enemy.

Here’s How It Works

When you reach out, we’ll start with a 25-minute Discovery Call. This is your time to share your story, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. If you decide this is the right path, we’ll schedule a 75-minute intake call to really dig into your unique situation. From there, we’ll meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, and you’ll have access to 24/7 support whenever you need it.

It’s not about forcing yourself to eat “normally.” It’s about finding your way to food freedom, one step at a time. And I’m here to walk that path with you.
