Hi, I’m Cheryl, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re tired of obsessing over food and feeling trapped by your relationship with eating, this is the place for you. At Eating Disorder Freedom, I offer compassionate and personalized coaching to help you find peace with food—without relying on willpower or rigid diets.

You won’t be following a quick-fix diet plan or using sheer willpower to muscle through. Together, we’ll uncover the emotions and beliefs that fuel your eating behaviors and create a tailored plan for your recovery.

My approach focuses on progress, not perfection. You’ll learn to sit with discomfort, address the root causes of your disordered eating, and find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges.

With weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, you’ll receive ongoing support, practical tools, and compassionate guidance to transform your relationship with food. I also offer 24/7 text support because I believe that real recovery happens in the moments when life gets tough, not just during our sessions.
