Hi, I’m Cheryl, and I help women finally feel at ease with food. If you’ve spent years battling your thoughts about food, constantly counting calories, or feeling overwhelmed by social situations that involve eating, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to do this anymore.

When we work together, you’ll get personalized, compassionate support, not a one-size-fits-all plan. The first step is an initial 75-minute call where I get to know you, your history, and your recovery goals.

Then, through weekly 50-minute sessions and homework tailored just for you, we’ll work on building the skills you need to feel at peace with food—without obsessing over calories, weight, or control.

And I’ll be with you the entire way. You’ll have 24/7 text support for those moments when old habits try to creep back in. We’ll get through this together, so you’re never left feeling alone or unsure of what to do next.
