I’m not here to give you a quick fix. My goal is to guide you toward lasting freedom. My 12-week Eating with Ease program is tailored specifically for women 40 and over, helping you learn how to make peace with food, one emotion at a time.

It’s about understanding why food has been your coping mechanism and learning healthier, more sustainable ways to take on life. We’ll focus on small, manageable changes that lead to big results over time.
