Take Back Your Peace with Food, Once and for All
To the women in Brentwood or Nashville, tired of the endless food thoughts and late-night shame spirals – this is for you. If you’ve spent years obsessing over what’s on your plate, counting every calorie, and planning your life around what you “should” eat, I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be this way.
Hi, I’m Cheryl, and at Eating Disorder Freedom, I help women finally find peace with food. This isn’t about telling you to “just use more willpower.” I understand that your bulimia and disordered eating patterns have served a purpose. They may have kept you feeling in control or provided a way to cope when life got overwhelming.
I’m here to gently guide you, not to judge, but to offer the kind of support that works. Together, we’ll take small, meaningful steps that allow you to live a life where food no longer feels like the enemy.
Eating with Ease
I created the Eating with Ease program specifically for women like you. Imagine going out to eat with friends and actually enjoying it – not spending the entire time worrying about the menu or what people think about what’s on your plate.
Try to picture feeling at ease in your own kitchen, not battling with yourself every time you open the pantry. In this 16-week program, we’ll work together to uncover what’s beneath those urges and rituals, using tools that genuinely help you start living in a way that feels authentic and freeing.
We’ll meet weekly for a 50-minute session, and in between, you’ll have my support whenever you need it. Whether it’s a tough moment late at night or a quick question on a weekday, I’m here. Because no one should have to go through this alone, and I’m not about to let you guess your way through it.
